The Auf family’s history in trade goes back to the 1950s, when they traded in dates, coconuts, and simple commodities available to merchants at their time, who gave money to travelers to Iraq to get these goods upon their return. As the matter developed, merchants got some nuts that were not known in Egypt to sell them in various ways.
