Continued as an Egyptian holding entity, the group established “Nozha for Construction” as a debut to its real estate investments in the early 1990s with a huge investment in the promising city of Ras Sudr at that time. The management took the decision to develop 200 acres on the Red Sea coast in South Sinai to invest in the establishment of some touristic hotels, resort units, conference halls, and several leading services.
